Adding Players to Your School

CLICK HERE TO LOGIN TO USA RACQUETBALL via R2Sports (make sure USA RACQUETBALL is selected from drop down menu in upper right corner & USA RACQUETBALL logo is appearing)

All head coaches are to login where it reads "Returning users login below"

In utilizing R2Sports, there there can only be one username and password assigned to the head coach of each school. If your head coach is unsure of his/her username or password, please email dwhitley@vettasports.com and he will reset it for you.

The list below is long and explained in detail, but the process isn't complex

Once logged in, Click on the option "LOGIN (Your Head Coach Name) Access Level=Team Coach
Click on USERS
1. Click on SCHOOL TEAM PLAYERS
  1. Click on School Team Players - Start Search
    1. This lists all players that we have already linked to your school based on their participation in past seasons
      1. Right click on the upward pointing blue arrow next to each player that is on your team this year. Select Open link in new tab
      2. Examine the profile information for your player. Make sure it is complete and up-to-date. Edit or add where information where necessary, then click OK at the bottom of the page.
      3. Once you see the information is updated, you can close the tab.
      4. If you see players listed that are not on your team this year, that is no big deal. You, obviously, do not need to perform an update for them.
    2. Players not found on this list should fall into 1 of 2 categories
      1. Players who played for your school in past seasons but aren't listed here (or maybe players who have played in sanctioned USA Racquetball events and would have a profile already created)
      2. 1st Year or New Player
2. To add players to your school who played for you in the past, goto the dropdown menu on the left, under USERS, click on ADD NEW USER
  1. Enter the the players first and last name. Then click on SEARCH
  2. If the players name appears, click on the "eyeball" pic to the left of their name.
    1. Click on EDIT PROFILE at the top of the page. Make sure their information is up-to-date. Add or edit where necessary
    2. In the lower right hand corner of the profile, under University/School Information, set the school to your school. This will link the player to your roster.
    3. Click SAVE INFO at the bottom of the page.
    4. Click on +NEW USER if you need to look up more players
3. To add players to your school who are new and don't have a profile,goto the dropdown menu on the left, under USERS, click on ADD NEW USER
  1. Enter the the players first and last name. Then click on SEARCH (even though you know it's not there, you have to confirm it wasn't created in the past)
  2. When the name doesn't appear, select CREATE NEW PROFILE
    1. Add all player information. PLEASE NOTE: It is extremely important to enter the information correctly so that player information aligns with the player for data integrity and insurance purposes.
    2. In the lower right hand corner of the profile, under University/School Information, set the school to your school. This will link the player to your roster.
    3. Click SAVE INFO at the bottom of the page.
    4. Click on +NEW USER if you need to add more players
4. When you finish ADDING PLAYERS, Click on USERS
  1. Click on SCHOOL TEAM PLAYERS
    1. Click on School Team Players - Start Search
      1. Make sure your entire roster for the season is listed.
      2. Do not worry if extra players from past seasons are still listed.
